Write one sentence naming the false identity you are laying down, then one sentence naming the truth you are receiving in Christ.
Where did I try to prove myself today instead of receiving myself?
Strength is received before it is expressed. The first victory is giving God the first word.

Spend ten silent minutes with Scripture before messages, feeds, work, or noise. Read the same verse three times slowly.
What changed when I let God speak before the day spoke?
Courage becomes real when it leaves the imagination and enters the next honest sentence.
"The righteous are bold as a lion."Proverbs 28:1
Choose one small truth you have been avoiding and speak it cleanly, without drama or self-protection.
Where did honesty cost me something good today?
A sound mind is not numb. It is awake, surrendered, and able to name what is moving inside.
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."2 Timothy 1:7
Set a five-minute timer. Name the strongest emotion present, where you feel it in the body, and what it is asking for.
What feeling did I try to outrun, and what did it reveal?
No man becomes a lion alone. Brotherhood begins with one honest reach toward another man.
"Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another."Proverbs 27:17
Message one man with something specific: gratitude, confession, encouragement, or a direct request for prayer.
Did I hide, perform, or tell the truth in relationship today?
Mission is not self-expansion. The Lion leads by giving strength away in love.
"Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant."Mark 10:43
Do one hidden act of service for your household, church, team, or neighbour without announcing it.
Where did I use influence for another person rather than myself?
The body is not an accessory to formation. It is one of the places obedience becomes visible.
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?"1 Corinthians 6:19
Train, walk, stretch, or rest with intention for thirty minutes. Do it as stewardship, not vanity.
